1.When the main steam temperature rises to 320℃, the surge tank is put into use. Slightly open the secondary valve from the main steam to the surge tank and warm up for 5 minutes. The surge tank temperature is control to 100℃ above and the pressure is controlled at about 0.02MPa. Slowly open the gland-sealing steam supply valve to supply the steam to gland-sealing. According to the temperature-rise, close the water draining valve of the surge tank, and use attemperation water to control the surge tank temperature at 150-210℃.

2.In the mean time start the gland sealing heater, open the secondary valve from the new steam to gland sealing heater. Slowly increase the pressure to 0.588-1.18MPa, open the gland sealing bleed valve and maintain the signal tube to emit micro steam
