THe Gun soot blowers are divided into full putting- into type, semi-putting type and rotary type. In high temperature zone, fully putting- into type and semi-putting type are mostly used. In low temperature zone, the rotary type is mostly used. The superheated steam is used as the soot-blowing medium. The hollow shaft of the motor is driven by the gear reducer to rotate, one end of the hollow shaft is connected with the inlet pipe, the other end is provided with nozzle head, on which there are spraying holes. During soot-blowing, the hollow shaft is pushed into the flue, and the steam valve is automatically opened to introduce the steam, the spraying holes on the nozzles spray internal energy of hot steam and generate impact energy, which can remove the slags and accumulative ash, at the same time the slag and ash can be blown away by the airflow . After blowing, the nozzles shall exit from the flue, so as not to be burned out.
