Porcelain inserted type of fuse protector (RC1A)：RC1A fuse protector is very cheap, easy to change, and is widely used in illumination and the disconnection protection of motor with small capacity. 

The structure of porcelain inserted type of fuse protector consists of five parts, porcelain cover, porcelain pedestal, moving contact, fixed contact and fuse wire. Both porcelain cover and porcelain pedestal are made from electrician porcelain, and power line and load line can be connected on the fixed contact at the two ends of porcelain pedestal respectively. There is a cavity in the center of porcelain pedestal. The fuse wire passes through the cavity and is connected with the two contacts of fuse protector. The cavity and the ledge of porcelain cover forms an arc extinguish chamber for fuse wire. (shj)
