1.Start the circulating water pump

(1)Check whether the parts of the equipment is abnormal or not and the water absorption well water level is normal or not.

(2)Manually turning the coupling and flange shall be flexible.

(3)Open the air valve of the pump, check the linked switch to confirm it is in “Release” position and the control switch is in “Remote” position. 

(4)Close the DCS control switch, pay attention to that the current, outlet pressure, noise, vibration and bearing temperature are normal.

(5)Open the electrically operated gate at the outlet.

(6)Set the standby pump in “interlocked” position.

2.Start the condensate pump

(1) Check whether the oil level, oil quality and hot well water level are normal or not.

(2)Manually turning the coupling and flange shall be flexible.

(3)Open the air valve of the pump, check the linked switch to confirm it is in “Release” position and the “Remote” position is shown in the microcomputer. 

(4)Adjust the opening of water pump outlet to 0%, close the switch, pay attention to that the current, outlet pressure, noise, vibration and bearing temperature are normal.

(5)Adjust the rotating speed and opening of the pump outlet and use the condensation water re-circulating valve and condensation water draining trench valve to control the hot well water level at 1/2 to 3/4 position. 

(6)From DCS, switch on the “Interlocking”   switch of two condensate pumps. 

3.Start the water-jet pump

(1) Check whether the oil level and oil quality are normal or not and the water-jet tank water level is normal or not.

(2)Manually turning the coupling and flange shall be flexible.

(3)Start the water-jet pump, open the outlet valve of water pump, pay attention to that the current, noise, vibration and bearing temperature shall be normal.

(4)Pay attention to that the vacuum of the condenser shall rise gradually.

(5)After overall check is normal, turn the control switch to “Remote ”position, switch on the “Interlocking” switch of two condensate pumps.
