Before starting the boiler, open the boile door to observe the condition of the static material layer and to confirm whether the material layer is coking. If so, pull out and break the coke blockes, and see how much the coal in the materials layers  is and then start the induced draft fan and forced draft fan, adjust the minimum air volume for fluidization air volum. Start three coal feeder for gradually feeding the coal. Increase and decrease the coal feed volume according to the condition of bed temperature rise and the change of oxygen.When the bed temperature reaches to 800 ℃, gradually increase the coal feeding volume, and adjust the primary air volume to control bed temperature . After the boiler has been operated at 20-30% for a period of time, according to the specific circumstances, determine the load rising speed. When the primary air is started, the bed temperature decreases to below 600 ℃, at this moment, the ignition oil gun can be used to help temperature rising. When the bed temperature rises to more than 850 ℃, while stopping the oil gun, adjust the coal feeding amount and air amount to control the bed temperature, in order to reach stable combustion .
