1. Open the lubrication water valve
2. Open the mixer.
3. Open the sludge scraper.
4. Fill water in the settling pond( while water is filled in, open the dosing system)
Note: The sampling locations of the settling pond( from south to north): the first reaction chamber, water effluent tank, triangular distribution channel, and the second reaction chamber.
Take the sample from the third sampling tube of the settling pond for analyzing the contents of  coagulant and fungicides, in order to control the contents be within the above-mentioned standard (by adjusting the dosing pump). At the same time ,take sample from the  first and fourth sampling tubes for observing the coagulation and reaction effect. Use diameter ￠50mm graduated cylinder of one-liter to load the water sample, after settling for 5 minutes,  the settling ratio shall be within 10 to 15%.
