1. The main steam pipe before the isolation valves and the steam pipeline of steam turbine oil pump are warmed together, the pressure inside the pipe is gradually increased to 0.2 ~ 0.3 MPa (gauge, the pipe is warmed to 20 ~ 30 minutes, the pressure rising speed is increased at 0.1 ~ 0.15 MPa (gauge)/min to normal pressure. The steam temperature increasing speed does not exceed than 5 ℃ / min.
2. During the process of warming, attention shall be paid to whether steam emits from the corrosion-proof valve or not. When there is steam emitting from the corrosion -proof valve it is required to inspect and tightly close the isolation valve and bypass valve and to take strict precautions against steam leaking to the cylinder.
3. After the pipe pressure rises to normal pressure, it is required to gradually turn up the main steam valve until it is fully opened.
4. During boosting, it is required to turn down the direct draining valve according to the degree of pressure boosting and to check the pipeline expansion and the status of the bearing.
