1.When the load is reduced to zero, the signals of "Attention" and "Disconnected" from electric room are given. Pay attention to no-load operation of the unit, the speed regulation system shall be able to maintain the idling of the unit. If the rotating speed of the unit rises after disconnection, the unit shall be immediately switched off to shut down. 

2. Disconnect the thermal protection switch, in normal shutdown in order to prevent the main steam valve head impacting and damaging the valve, the main steam valve shall be closed to 1/3-1/2 position, manually switch on the emergency protector, pay attention to whether the main steam valves closed tightly or not and the rotating speed of the unit is decreasing or not, record the time of switching off. According to the air temperature, stop the air cooler (close the main valve of water intake). 

3. After manually switching on the emergency protector, it is required to quickly close the handwheel of the main steam valve (clockwise), close the starting valve (clockwise), at the same time quit the synchronizer (counterclockwise). 

4. The rotating speed drops quickly, pay attention to that when the speed control oil pressure drops to 0.785 MPa, the high pressure electric pump shall be linked, otherwise the high pressure oil pump shall be manually opened immediately. In case the high pressure electric pump cannot be started due to failure, the AC lubricating oil pump may be started immediately. Pay attention to the change of lubricating oil pressure. 

5. If the rotor is idling, pay attention to the noise inside the unit. 6. After the rotating speed drops to 2000 r/min or so, stop the water-jet pump and water-jet steam extractor and relieve the interlocking switch. 7. According to the rotating speed dropping situation, adjust the gland sealing and the water level of hot water well.
