1. For normal supervision and test, the samples can be taken from the oil  cooler.
2. For checking the oil dirt and moisture, the samples can be taken from the bottom of the oil tank.
 Note:
1. When sampling, it is required to abide by the rules for oil equipment at site.
2. For the items with special requirements,  the samples shall be taken in accordance with the requirements of test method for sampling.
3. The oil samples shall be taken from the electrical equipment by  the  person appointed by the electric shop personnel  with guidance from the laboratory personnel beside and the oil samples shall be taken from the running steam turbine with the approval from the personnel on duty and with its assistance.
