1.Before boiler decoking, the approval from the person on-duty for boiler operation shall be obtained.

2.During decoking, the person on-duty for boiler operation shall keep combustion stable and shall properly increase the negative pressure of combustion chamber.

3.There shall be obvious sign of “Coke is being removed ”At the operating position of the person on-duty for boiler operation. 

4.When the combustion is not stable or there is flue gas ejecting outward, it is forbidden to rap the coke. 

5.When the coking is sever or there is possibility for large block coke to drop out, the boiler shall be shut down for decoking.
