1. When the flue gas temperature rises and the exhaust gas temperature rises abnormally, the area shall be searched, and the water shall be drained in soot blower system.
2. When the unit load rapidly decreases to 180MW.
3. Confirm the combustion area for soot blowing and fire fighting.
4. During confirming the combustion to wear off gradually, pay close attention to the regulating of the main heater and reheater temperature, in order to resume the capacity of the unit gradually.
5. If the combustion in the flue is stronger, and the normal steam temperature and water level can not be maintained, MFT shall be used in emergency.
6. After the boiler is shutdown, tightly close all the damper baffle to make the combustion system be in enclosed status.
7. If the air preheater is burning, fire fighting water shall be supplied.
8. The air preheater shall be kept rotating.
9. Only after it is confirmed that the combustion is totally over, can the induced draft fan and the forced draft blower can be started for ventilation of 510 minutes. The damage of equipment shall be rechecked to confirm whether there is ash accumulated and spark, and the fire fighting water and soot blowing shall be stopped.
10. The air baffles shall be started gradually; when the exhaust gas temperature does not rise, the re-ignition can be done.
