During early ignition of circulating fluidized bed boiler, as there is no steam circulation in reheater, the reheater tube wall is not be fully cooled, it is easily overheated locally and tube burst accident will occur. The certain measure must be taken to realize the protection of reheater, the measures are as follows:
1. The low temperature reheater is located in the tail flue, close the reheater side flue gas damper, monitoring low-temperature reheater serpentine tube wall temperature at the same time can play a protective role.
2. High temperature platen reheater is located in the upper chamber of the boiler, during warming-up and starting of boiler, it is required to detect high temperature platen reheater wall temperature and high temperature platen reheater bottom flue gas temperature. During early start-up of boiler, the check valve of high-pressure steam exhaust valve is not opened, when there is no steam flow in the reheater, the flue gas temperature of high -temperature platen reheater shall be controlled in the permitted range.
3. Timely the bypass protection reheaters shall be put into operation in time.
4. When a stable and continuous reheating steam is available in the reheater, the damper of flue gas of the reheater and superheater may be adjusted, and it is only required to  monitor the reheater wall temperature not to exceed the alarm value.
