1. Making preparation of putting-into use(such as, prepare the adjustable wrench, gauze, and the condensate), put the secondary pulse oil pressure( open the orifice) into use and check the handwheel at top of the pressure regulator to confirm it has exited. 

2. Fill the condensate into the pulse room, firstly open the valve to steam pipeline of No.1 steam extractor and open the air valve to exhaust the air inside the pipe and then open the valve to the pressure regulator. 

3. Counterclockwise rotate the handwheel at the side of the pressure regulator to "On" position, pay attention to stable operation in order to prevent suddenly opening wide of the high pressure regulating valve. 

4. Counterclockwise rotate the oil circuit breaker to fully-open position. While rotating, pay attention to the pressure change of No.1 air extractor and change of pulse oil pressure, rotating shall be slowly done. 

5. Adjust the handwheel at top of the pressure regulator to keep the pressure at 0.8 to 0.9 Mpa,  and open the electric valve of No.1 steam extractor to keep the pressure of the steam extractor higher than the heating network by 0.05MPa. Pay attention to that the steam extractor pressure shall not rise quickly, the increasing speed of steam extraction flow shall not exceed 5 t/min.
