1.Confirm the components of the water level indicator are complete and the lighting is good, and meet the requirements of putting –into –operation.

2.Open the water draining valve of local water level indicator.

3.Open the primary valve of steam and water side. 

4.Slightly open the secondary valve of the steam side, and warm up the pipe for 1 to 2 minutes. 

5.After the pipe is warmed up, then open the secondary valve of water side to slightly supply water. 

6.Slowly close the water draining valve to make water level normal.

7.Fully open the secondary valve of steam and water side to put the water level indicator into operation, and then calibrate the water level indicator at each side, the indication shall be in consistent.
