1. In case of the accidents, the operators shall handle the problems according to these regulations, and shall quickly ascertain the reasons according to their own experiences, the instrument indication, as well as the external signs of the equipment, and shall limit the progressing of the accident and eliminate the source of the accident to relieve the personal and equipment danger as soon as possible on the principle of not damaging the equipment and the power and heat supply under the leadership of the monitor on-duty and the shift chief-operator. 
2. In case of the accidents, the auxiliary power illumination and the auxiliary power supply shall be guaranteed as possible.
