Principles for Adjusting Combustion of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler YG-75/5.29-M12

1. Whether the combustion in boiler is good or not only has relationship with the output and service cycle of boiler but also determines the economy of boiler operation to a large extent. 

2. Tasks of combustion adjusting: on the precondition of ensuring qualified steam quality and necessary flow, it is required to strive to combust stably and completely and to ensure safely and economically continuously operating of the unit.

3. During combustion procedures, the contents mentioned as follows must be abided by:

(1) Total principles are that determining the temperature according to the kinds of coal and determining the load according to the air amount; firstly increasing the air amount then add the coal in order increase the load; firstly decreasing the coal then decreasing the air amount in order to decrease the load. During actual operating, the measurement to the instrument will inevitably occur large or small error, which requires the operators to take the highest point as standard in controlling the bed temperature and returns temperature during adjustment to operation, thus better avoiding the occurrence of combustion accident. On condition that the air amount is unchanged, increase /decrease the coal feeding amount depending on the temperature in order to reach the purpose of controlling the boiler outlet pressure. It is well known that under the condition of less air amount and higher bed temperature, and the working condition meeting the external load requirement, the economic efficiency of boiler operation will be higher. But the higher the controlled temperature point is, the more the fuel melting point is approximated, the lower the boiler safety factor is and the more easily the combustion accident is caused, therefore when the temperature point exceeds or approximates the highest permissible range and cannot meet the external load requirement, we are required to increase the primary and the secondary air volume in order to ensure the security of the boiler, to pursue the economical efficiency and cause combustion accident will lose more than again on the contrary.

(2)  The principle of less adjusting and frequently adjusting: when the boiler is operating under one kind of working condition, the boiler operation will be very stable without consideration of coal quality, and the relative safety and economical efficiency will be higher, but during actual operating, the changing of coal quality is inevitable, therefore during adjusting air volume and coal feeding amount, we shall reduce the adjustment range as possible in order to keep the boiler in a stable operating state.
