1. Coagulant (PAC) metering box shall be full with PAC, the concentration of which is about 10%.Each dosing pump is in good standby status, the settling pond and the system are in good standby status, each valve is closed, the inside and the outside , the upper and the lower of the settling tank have been cleaned, the valveless filtering tank and comprehensive water pool are in standby status.
2. Check whether the lubrication point is filled with oil, the oil in the worm reducer shall not reach the highest oil level and shall not be lower than the lowest oil level.
3. Check whether the lubrication water pipe is smooth or not.
4. Check whether all the valves in the pipeline system are smooth or not.
5. Check whether the electric appliances are safe and reliable or not.
6. Check whether the water level of artificial water tank is normal or not.
