1. After the stoker receives the order of ignition, he shall completely check the boiler unit equipment and make preparation for ignition according to the requirements of regulations.
2.The hearth layer with particle size of 0-10mm has been laid on the fluidized bed, its height is about 550-650 mm and its thickness is even. Its particle size is required as follows:
(1) screen mm particle size;
(2) under 1 mm particle size: 35%;
(3) 1-3 : 30% ;
(4) >3 35%;
(5) the maximum does not exceed 10 mm ;
3. The end of bed temperature thermocouple is embedded in the materials by 100 mm approximately.
4. Determine that the proper ash has been discharged from the material-returning system, then close the ash discharging valve of the materials returning valve.
5. The fluidization experiment of the laid bed materials has been accomplished, and its corresponding critical fluidization airflow has been determined.
6. Cold test, electron gun test and oil gun spray test have been done.
7. Large interlocking test has been completed and the interlocking has been used.
8. DCS control system and ignition detection device have been used.
9. Check whether there is qualified coal in the coal storage bin, the coal feeder is in manual, the gate valve of coal storage bin is opened, the sealing air for coal feeder and isolation gate valve are used and the coal spreading air of coal feeder is used or not.
10. Close the boiler door, start the induced draft fan, maintain the hearth negative pressure of 50-100 pa, purge the hearth for 5 minutes.
11. Then start the primary fan, adjust the air volume of primary air fan to the corresponding critical fluidization airflow, close the air inlet valve of left and right primary air chamber, open the baffle of ignition air and purge the oil burner.
12. Put the compressed air system into use and purge the fuel oil pipe and oil gun for purging.
13. Start the fan for air-returning, check the air volume of the materials-returning, adjust the revolution of the fan, and control the materials-returning air pipe pressure to be slightly higher than the pressure of primary air chamber.
