1. In the process of pressurizing, it is required to check the boiler drum, the hole door of header and the valves, flanges, plugs at each parts to confirm whether there is water leakage phenomenon, if water leakage is found, the pressurizing shall be stopped and water leakage shall be treated.
2. The whole process of temperature -rising and pressurizing is required to be smooth and even. The expansion indicating value shall above recorded in the following stages.
3. In the first stage, record before/after water is fed.
4. In the second stage, the boiler drum pressure reaches to 0.3-0.6, 3.0, 8.0, 9.8 Mpa, check the expansion situation, if it is found that the expansion indicating value is not normal, the causes shall be identified. Only the abnormal causes have been eliminated, can the pressurizing be continued.
5. The boiler shall be pressurized slowly, the saturated temperature rising shall be controlled at ≤ 1 ℃ / min. Generally the pressurizing rate shall be controlled within the range of 0.03 to 0.1 Mpa/min.
6. The upper and lower wall temperaure difference of the boiler drum shall be supervised to be < 50 ℃, the temperaure rising rate of boiler water shall be controlled: The early stage is about 1 ℃ / min and the later stage is 1.5 ℃ / min.
7.During pressurizing process, it is required to pay attention to adjusting the combustion and to keeping the temperature within the boiler evenly rises. The pressure parts shall be evenly heated and shall be expanded normally.
8. During pressurizing process, it is required to open the draining valve of the header at the superheater outlet, the air bleeding valve, in order to make the superheater cooled sufficiently.
9. The wall temperature of tube coil at outlet of the high temperature superheater shall not exceed 500 ℃ and the wall temperature of tube coil at outlet of the low temperature superheater shall not exceed 400 ℃ , they shall be controlled according to the temperature of the attemperator and the superheating header. 10. During process of starting and pressurizing when the boiler evaporation capacity is less than 10% of the rated value, the smoke temperature at the inlet of high temperature superheater shall be controlled not to exceed 900 ℃, or the superheater is protected through limiting the superheated steam outlet temperature to be lower than the steam temperature at the rated load value by 50-100 ℃ .
11. During the ignition and pressurization, the recycling door of the economizer and the drum must be opened. It will be closed when the boiler is fed with water.
12. During the process of pressurizing, the expansion indicator is used to monitor the expansion situation of the pressure parts. If the expansion is affected due to locally uneven heating, the water shall be drained from the end of the header with less expansion in order to make it heat evenly. If the pressure parts are jammed, the pressurizing shall be stopped, after the faults have been eliminated, can the pressurizing be continued.
13. During the process of pressurizing, the change of the steam drum water level shall be often monitored and shall be maintained normally (± 50 mm).
