1.In case the unit generates abnormal noise or the vibration exceeds the allowable value (0.05mm), the rotating speed shall be reduced and the warming-up time shall be prolonged until the vibration disappear. If the vibration occurs during speed rising again, the unit shall be stopped for ascertaining the causes. Only the vibration is eliminated, can the unit be started again. 

2.Pay attention to that the cylinder expansion value shall be normal, after full speed, record the expansion and vibration data.

3.When the oil system has abnormal phenomenon (the oil temperature is too high or the oil pressure is too low etc.), the unit shall be stopped for ascertaining the causes. 

4.Pay attention to adjusting the gland sealing pressure and hot well water level.  In case the exhaust gas temperature is too high, the cooling water of exhaust casing may be opened. ( the exhaust gas temperature of no-load shall not exceed 120 ℃). 

5.The oil fume extractor may be used before the unit is started.
