1. Control the materials bed temperature, prevent ignition failure caused by local over temperature of coking.
2. Pay attention to the water level of steam drum in order to prevent shortage of boiler water.
3. Strictly control the speed of temperature rise, for fear that the metal temperature difference increases and the refractory cracks and falls off due to too large temperature difference. (saturated temperature is generally controlled within 50 ℃ / H).
4.The air chamber temperature shall be controlled to not exceed 900 ℃.
5. Check whether the indication of expansion indicator is abnormal or not.
6. During the process of ignition, keep proper negative pressure of hearth and pay attention to preventing the flame from ejecting and injuring people.
7. During process of ignition, do not open the manhole door.
8. During ignition starting process and after oil is lighted, according to the oil burning situation collected by probe, in case fire goes out, the oil breaker can be immediately cut off to prevent deflagration. If the oil breaker cannot be cut off automatically, it shall be manually treated immediately .
9. When the ignition starts, if fire cannot be lighted or the fire goes out, it is required to immediately stop oil injection and to strengthen ventilation by means of the induced draft fan and the primary air fan. The duration time of purging is 3-5 minutes.
10. Before coal feeder is started, the air for spreading coal shall be fed firstly supplied.
11. The oil gun shall not be opened too largely, the air volume for ignition should not be too large in order to avoid the fuel flame touching the front wall and damaging the equipment, such as causing the water wall to burst.
