The maintenance of the fan is  to avoid manually fault and emergency caused by improper maintenance, to give full play to the efficiency of equipment, prolong the service life of equipment,  so it is required to strengthen the maintenance of the fan.
1. It is not allowed to operate the fan and its system when they are in failure.
2. Before maintenance to the fan,  the fan must be stopped and power must be off.
3. On a regular basis, remove the impurities of dust and dirt inside the fan  especially on the blade, to prevent rusting.
4. if the air flow is too big and the requirements of application is not met, or  a less flow is required within short period of time, the control valve can be used to  regulate the flow, in order to meet the application requirement.
5. Check the sensitivity of the  oil bearing box thermometer and oil level indicator and check the cooling water  to confirm it is smooth.
6. In addition to the lubricant should be changed after repairing, under normal circumstances ,  replace the  lubricant once in 1 to 3 months.
7. If it is  found that the coupling is abnormal loosening, the rubber block shall be replaced immediately.
8. It is not allowed for people to stand at the place within 10 meters of the entry/exit of the fan.
