1. The main steam temperature is higher than the cylinder temperature by 50 ℃ (at governing  stage).
2. The temperature difference between the upper and lower cylinders shall not exceed 50 ℃.
3. The turning(barring) gear is in continuous operation.
4. Firstly supply steam to the shaft seal, and vacuumize it.
5. The oil cooler outlet oil temperature shall be maintained at 37 ℃ -42℃.
6. During starting and accelerating, keep a close watch on vibration of the unit, keep an eye on the expansion change on the cylinder. When the bearing vibration is than 0.1mm, it shall be stopped  immediately.
7. The load increasing speed shall be carried out at the same speed in cold start.
