1. The rotating speed of the hand synchronizer hand wheel shall be evenly enhanced.
2. Attention shall be paid to the indication of the tachometer, the rotating speed of action shall be 3300-3360r / min, the qualified speed shall be 9% -11% of the rated speed (i.e. 3270-3330r / min).
3. Specially assigned persons shall be responsible for the test, their responsibilities shall be clear and they shall stick to their post.
4. After the speed in test is increased to 3360r / min, if the emergency governor doesn’t act, the emergency governor shall be switched off immediately to turn off the main valve. After the static check is adjusted, start the test again until it is up to the standard.
5.The test site shall be kept clean and smooth, unauthorized persons shall not stay at the site.
