The possible reasons：

1. The output damping resistance of transformer burns out. 

2. There is a fault of open circuit from output end of transformer to the high-voltage transmission circuit of electric field. 

Suggested solutions：

1. Inspect and change for a new damping resistance. 

2.Inspect the supported porcelain sleeve from the output end of high voltage isolator to cathode frame, and eliminate the fault of open circuit.
