1. The raw water flow does not exceed 320T/h.
2. The longest sludge drainage period shall not be greater than 12 hours.
3. Alignment of sludge backflow: The regulator shall be aligned to make the sludge backflow to be 2 to 4 times the incoming water.
4. When the sludge scraper suddenly stops, it shall be troubleshoot first then it can be turned on.
5. If the settling pond has been stopped for long time, it is required to drain the water from the tank in order to prevent the sludge scraper from pressing the rake.
6. This equipment shall be checked once in 8000 hours, overhauled once in 40,000 hours.
7. The water quality shall be supervised and analyzed according to the specified time and item, in order to make it meet the standard, and the operation status shall be recorded.
8. The header tank and evelet shall be cleaned periodically.
