1. The following measures shall be taken for treatment: 

(1)Stop the boiler immediately, close the main steam valve and steam cut-off valve, open the air bleeding valve and draining valves. discharge the bottom materials and the circulating ash thoroughly before stopping the air supply fan. 

(2) Keep the induced draft fan running, but turn down the inlet damper in order, to eliminate the steam inside the boiler.

(3) Maintain the water level of the steam drum, strengthen water feeding. If the damage is serious, after the water feeding is increased, but the water level still cannot be seen, water feeding can be stopped to speed up the cooling. 

(4) The water feeding to the boiler with failure can not affect the water feeding to normal boiler. When necessary, it is possible to contact the operator of steam turbine to start another pump in order to meet the needs of the water-feeding. 

(5) Open the blocking board of the slag-discharging pipe and ash valve in the air chamber. 

(6) Only after the steam in the boiler with failure has been basically eliminated, can the operation of induced draft fan be stopped. 

2. If the  water-cooled wall tube is not serious damaged, and the normal water level can be maintained and the failure will not expand, the load can be appropriately reduced to maintain short  time running, until the standby boiler is put into operation. If the standby boiler cannot be put into operation quickly and the failure of the boiler becomes serious, the boiler shall be stopped immediately. The boiler shall be stopped according to the procedures of emergency stopping the boiler. 

3. The emergency shall be timely reported to the shift chief -operator to contact the maintenance persons for repairing.
