Turn on: 

1. Confirm the industrial computer, display and  hub are correctly powered on. 

2. Confirm the communication line of PLC and industrial computer are correctly connected. 3. Open the power switch of UPS. 

4. Open the power switch of display. 

5. Open the power switch at the back of the industrial computer. 

6. Open the industrial control panel with key and press the power switch inside. 

7. After the dialog box of system login is displayed , enter the user name "Gao Qing Hong Qiao " (the default), enter the password "omex" , note the letters in lower case, press "Enter" to enter. 

8. After the operating system is started, the system automatically guides the monitoring system. 

9. Click on the main screen of desktop, then press the "Start" button to start the monitoring screen. 

10. When "the main screen " appears on the screen,  showing that the starting is successful. 

Turn off: 

1. Simultaneously press "Ctrl" ,  "Alt" and "Delete", the system will pop up dialog box of "Windows Security" . 

2.  Press  "Task manager" button. 

3. Select the "Application Program" tap in the dialog box of "Task manager". 

4. Click on the screen name under "Taskbar"  to highlight it. 

5. Click "Task ended" button. 

6. When the "Task ended" dialog box occurs, click the " Immediately end" and exit from the monitor screen. 

7. Click the "Start" button on the lower left corner of the screen, select "Shutdown". 

8. Select "Shutdown" in dialogue box of "Windows Shutdown" and press the "Confirm" button. 

9. Wait until for the screen appears the information of "Windows can be safely Shut down", hold the power button 5 of the industrial computer. 

10. The screen disappears and the system is shut down.
