1. Timely and accurately make quality inspection to fresh oil and the operating oil in order to provide basis for the oil sector. Take measures with the relevant departments to prevent oil degradation and avoid the happening of latent fault and to ensure safe operation of the power supply equipment.
2. When the  oil quality is abnormal, the oil service personnel shall strengthen the supervision and jointly study and take action together with the relevant departments.
3. Responsible for the examination and acceptance of oil system during the period of equipment maintenance, when necessary, it is required to analyze the sediment, and to take detail record to the examination and analysis situations. Assist relevant departments to formulate technical measures for implementation of oil degradation processing and cleaning up the oil system.
