1. The unit leader shall arrange the patrol inspectors to hold walkie-talkie immediately to observe the fire locally. After confirming fire occurrence, the captain shall arrange the volunteer fireman for firefigting.
2. The unit assistant leader for the bolier shall immediately shutdown the oil incoming and returning solenoid of the fuel oil system, and use walkie-talkie to inform the routine inspection person to open the oil drain valve of fule oil system, and close the front and the back mannul control valve of the oil incoming and returning solenoid valve, and to strictly monitor the burner.
3. Accroding to fire behaivior, the unit leader can requiret the person responsible for coal conveying and fuel oil pump house to immediately stop the oil supply to thoroughly cut off the oil source.
4. According to the unit leader’s order, the patrol inspectos shall cut off the oil source as possible, and shall carry out positive fire fighting with dry powder extinguisher, 1211 fire extinguisher or sand together with the other volunteer fire man and can not evacure until they are substituted by the pant fireman.
5. The unit leader and the unit assistant leader shall strictly monitor the operation of the unit to ensure normal operaton of the unit.
6. The unit and the electric patrol inspectors shall assist the bolier patrol inspectors for positively fire fighting until they are substituted by the plant fire men. The fire men shall carefully observe the fire behavior and actual physical position and shall take care of their personal saftety during fire fighting. The oil gun platform and fuel oil solenoid valve are on big fire, which are difficult to extinguish, or has damaged the coal fine tube( the insulation is burnt), at this moment, in order to prevent enlarging of the accident and to reduce damage of equipment, the boiler shall be shutdown immediately.
7. After the fire is extinguished, it shall be reported to the monitor on-duty .
8. According to fire loss, the monitor on-duty will determine the operation of the unit. If the boiler operation was shutdown in emergency and the loss was serious, the boiler shall be stopped for handling.
