Normally Stopping Operating Steps for the Circulating fluidized bed boiler YG - 75/5.29 - M12

1. Remove the thermal engineering automatic and interlocking device. 

2. Close the coal damper under the coal hopper (if the boiler is overhauled or in standby for a long time, before the boiler is stopped, the coal stored in the coal hopper shall be consumed, and  a few minutes later, stop the coal feeder). 

3. Gradually close the secondary air damper to weaken the burning, but it is still required to keep the bed temperature, steam pressure and steam temperature stable. 

4. According to the load reduction, reduce the air blowing and air exhausting volume accordingly. When the load is reduced to 50%, the secondary air fan can be stopped and the inlet damper can be closed. 

5. According to the situation of pressure drop and the unit operation, it is necessary to close the electrical main steam valve and electric cut-off valve for disconnecting with the system. 

6. After the main steam valve is closed,  open the atmospheric relief valve and the superheater drain valve and the drain valve in front of the steam  cut-off valve (open the superheater drain valve for 30 to 50 minutes), in order to cool the superheater. 

7. Adjust the material layer differential pressure, with the decreasing of bolier temperature,  gradually turn down the baffle plate of primary air. When the fuel is burnt out, and the bed temperature decreases to below 750 ℃, discharge the bottom material, stop the primary air operation, tightly close the baffle plate of the fan and discharge the circulating ash.

8. After the combustion chamber has been ventilated for 5 minutes, stop the induced draft fan, tightly close the entrance dampers and stop the electrostatic precipitator. 

9. Continue to monitor the steam drum water level within the normal range, and open the recirculating valve when water supply is stopped.
