1. Check the oil outlet of the standby oil cooler to confirm it is closed and the water outlet is opened.
2. Slowly open the oil inlet of the standby oil cooler and pay attention to the oil temperature and oil pressure of the oil cooler in operation.
3. Open the air vent valve at upper part of the oil side of the oil cooler and close the valve after the oil overflows.
4. Slowly open the oil outlet of the standby oil cooler and pay attention to the change of oil temperature and pressure.
5. Open the water inlet of the standby oil cooler, open the air vent valve at the water side and close it after the air is released.
6. Slowly close the oil inlet of the oil cooler to be stopped and regulate the oil temperature of the oil cooler in operation, pay attention to contacting the panel monitoring personnel to confirm the oil pressure is not changed.
7. Close the water inlet of the oil cooler to be stopped and then close the water outlet , at last close the oil inlet of the oil cooler to be stopped, pay attention to that the oil temperature and oil pressure of the oil cooler is normal.
8. After everthing is normal slowly open the stopped water outlet valve for standby.
