1. The water level monitored on the local water level gauge of the steam drum shall prevail. Durng normal operation of the boiler, the water level fluctuation shall be kept at 50 ±mm, the maximum shall not exceed + 75 mm. When the person taking his turn on-duty or  on duty, he shall check the water level gauge and pressure gauge, the dial gauge is only used for monitoring and reference. 

2. The water supply pressure and water temperature changes shall be often noticed. (normally, the feed water temperature shall not be less than 150 ℃, the minimum shall not be lower than 104 ℃) when the feed water pressure or feed water temperature is lower than the specified value, it is required to timely contact person on duty for the steam turbin for regulating in order to ensure the steam drum water level. 

3. The change of feed water flow shall be balance, the sharply increasing or decreasing of water feeding shall be avoided in order not to impact the adjustment of the main steam temperature.
