The flush operating sequences of boiler steam drum water level gauge are closing primary and the secondary valves of steam and water sides of water level gauge and open the water drainage valve.
1. The primary valve of steam side is fully opened, open 1/5 circles of secondary valve of the steam side to rinse for 3 ~ 5 minutes, then close the primary valve and secondary valve of the steam side.
2. Fully open the primary valve of water side, open 1/5 circle of water side to rinse for 3 ~ 5 minutes, then close the primary valve and the second valve of water side.
3. After Rinsing, close the water drainage valve, fully open the primary valve of the water side and steam side, slowly open 1/5 of secondary valve of steam side, then open 1/5 of secondary valve of water side, after seeing the normal water level, slow open the valve and calibrate with other gauge.
