1. Setting method: 

Select "Methods selection", press "Confirm" key to select methods. and select whethe the ignition point is selected. 

2. Presetting temperature: Press the "confirm" button to back to the main menu for presetting the samples temperature. After completion, press "Confirm" key to back to the main menu. 

3. Setting of printing After the selection is set, press "Confirm" key to back to the main menu. 

4. Pour the sample into the sample cup,  if the sample less than 210 ℃,  it will be at the upper scale line, if it is larger than 210℃, it is at the lower scale. Then, put the sample cup on the heater. 

5. Select the "Test Flash Point" on main menu, press "confirm" button, the test head will automatically drop into the sample cup  to start heating. After the flash point occurs, the test heat will automatically raise head, showing the flash point temperature. The voice prompts to print the test results. If "Test Flash Point" is selected, when the flash point occurs, the temperature will continue to rise. After the flash point occurs, the test head raises, the ignition rod backs to the left, the cup cover will automatically lid the sample cup to put out the flame. The display shows the temperature value of flash point and ignition point temperature, there is voice prompting to print the test results. 

6. After testing and cooling instrument, replace the oil sample, press the "confirm" key for testing the second sample. If it is required to modify the setting of the instrument, it is possible to press the "△", return to the main menu for modifying .
