1. Continue to turn down or close the feedwater valve ( when the feedwater valve is closed, the recirculation valve of the economizer and the drum must be opened). 

2. Continue to strengthen water-draining (a special person must be assigned for monitoring the water level of drum). 

3. According to the situation of steam temperature dropping, turn down or close the attemperation water valve. If necessary, open the water draining valves of the superheater and steam pipe, and inform the operator of the steam turbine to open the related drain valves.
