1. Repair cycle (minor repairs: 3 ~ 6 months, medium maintenance; 12 ~ 18 months, overhaul 24 ~ 36 months.)

2. Maintenance contents:  Minor repairs 

(1) Check and fasten the connecting bolts at various parts. 

(2) Replace the packing and adjust the mechanical seal. 

(3) Check the coupling, change the elastic rubber ring and align the coaxiality of the coupling. 

(4) Check the bearing and replace the lubricating oil (grease). 

(5) Clean and check the circulating water system. 

Medium maintenance:  

(1) Including minor repairs. 

(2) Check the shaking of the rotor and verify the static balancing of the rotor.

(3) Inspect or calibrate the axis straightness. 

(4) Replace the rolling bearing and lubricating oil. 

(5) Examine the mechanical seal, repair or replace the dynamic and static seal ring. 

(6) Check and adjust the clearance between both ends and front cover, back cover. 

(7) Verify the meter. 

Overhaul repairing:

(1) Including contents of medium maintenance; 

(2) Disassembly and check the wear and corrosion of the parts, the damage degree of ceramic lining, inspect or replace the spare parts. 

(3) Replace the impeller, shaft sleeve and pump cover. 

(4) Adjust the pump body levelness. 

(5) Check and repair the motor.

(6) Corrosion protection is done for the unit.
