1. When the equipment is in standby state, the accumulated water inside its pipeline shall be drained, the corrosion-proof valve of the main steam pipe shall be opened in order to prevent the pipe from long-term moistening and corrosion.
2.The lubrication oil inside the bearing of the rotating equipment shall be changed.
3. In case during operation the mechanical sealing of pump drops water severely, and there is no standby pump, at this moment, its packing shall be changed in order to facilitate economic operation.
4. Especially in winter, when the equipment is shutdown, antifreezing measures shall be taken to drain the accumulated water inside the equipment.
5. The equipment shall be free of oil and dirt, the equipment shall be periodically cleaned, the related valves shall be filled with lubrication oil to avoid jamming.
