Model  Y5-47 - Ⅱ Boiler Induced Fan is composed of impeller, casing,  air inlet, the transmission group and adjustable damper etc.
1. The impeller has 12 pieces of backwarding flat blade made of 16MN, which are welded at the place between  arc conical wheel cover and flat shape wheel and are dynamic balanced, therefore they can operate  smoothly and  have high strength, abrasion resistance, and long service life.
2.The case is  welded into the volute casing by steel plates..From № 8 above,  the "left" and "right" rotation is universal.
3. The main shaft of the driving group is made of good-quality steel, and is composed of rolling bearing (3.15 ~ № 7 with low noise bearing), two bearing seats in parallel, which is self cooled by No.2 sodium calcium base grease and blade. The structure is simple.
4.The air inlet is convergent, it is a integrated  structure, bolted on the inlet side of the chassis.
5. Model Y5-47 - II series fan is provided with adjustable damper, for regulating the flow of the fan.№ 6 fan below,  is provided with three blades and louver structure, which is easy and flexible to close.  № 7 above fans, have 11 blades in torx structure, which has high efficiency and reliable structure.The adjustable damper is axially installed in front of the inlet air shutter, with adjusting range from 90 ° (full close) to 0 ° (full open) . As for the position of the lever of the adjustable damper,  from the air inlet direction, to the right hand fan, the lever rotating counterclockwise rotation is from full closing to fully opening; to the left hand fan,  the lever rotating clockwise is from full closed to fully open.
In order to make normal operating of the damper parts,  good lubrication shall be guaranted.And because of the induced draft fan gas temperature is higher, the grease of high-temperature (260 ℃) grease, which can still guarantee the lubrication in high temperature operation.(ljc)
