Ignition Process of 20 tons of Fluidized Bed Boiler

1. After purging before ignition, adjust the primary air volume of air induced volume in order to make the materials fluidized, to make the bed pressure at about 7 kpa, which is lower than 5 kpa bed materials added. 

2. Start the oil supply  pump to keep the oil pressure at about 2.Mpa, in the mean time ensure the outlet pressure of  oil control valve to be greater than 1.0 Mpa. 

3. Control the combustion air volume  burner  above 60%, and pay attention to the protection of proper negative pressure of hearth. 

4. Keep the opening of the baffle of mixed air of the burner by 30%. 

5. Put the high- energy ignition device into use, through this device, the first burner is put into use. After  the  combustion is stable, the full combustion shall be fully supplied and the mixed air volume shall be adjusted. The temperature inside the burner shall not exceed 900 ℃. 

6. When the first combustor is put into use, after the combustion is stable, the second burner is put into use. (if the combustion intensity is not enough, the atomization piece of 900 kg/h shall be changed.  

7. The bed temperature shall be controlled to increase slowly, in the beginning of ignition, the temperature rises faster, so the temperature rising speed shall be controlled not more than 3-5 ℃ / min. After ignition for an hour, the temperature rising speed shall be controlled at 2-3 ℃ / min. 

8. Adjust the mixed air volume of the burner, control the burning air chamber temperature at 600-600 ℃, preheat the bed materials. The air temperature of left and right burning chamber shall tend to be equal, the temperature difference shall be ≤ 100 ℃ . 

9. Record the expansion indicator situations of each heating surface. 

10. Adjust the  air volume for returns  in order to make all the materials separated from the separator return to the hearth. 

11. After the bed temperature reaches 450 ℃,  feed the coal.  

13. According to the bed temperature rising rate (> 5 ℃ / min) and the combustion and lighting conditions of coal particles in the hearth, determine whether the coal has been on fire. After it is determined the coal has been on fire, # 2 coal feeder shall be continuously run at the lowest speed.

14. After the bed temperature rises stably and it has good corresponding relation with oxygen content,  # 3 coal feeder can be put into use at the minimum rotating speed. 

15. According to the situation that the bed temperature rises above 700 ℃, then the output of the burner can be reduced, and according to the specific situation, the operation of # 1 and # 4 coal feeders shall be put into use successively. 

16. The limestone feeding function group shall be put into use manually, and the output of the limestone feeder shall be adjusted to 10%. 

17. When the bed temperature is higher than 800 ℃, gradually decrease the oil amount of oil burner and cut off one burner, at the same time, the coal feeding amount can be appropriately increased to maintain the heat load inside the boiler. 

18. After the oil burner has been cut off, slowly open the bypass of the primary air, but don't close the burning air and mixed air damper in order to cool the nozzle of mixed air inside the burner. After the temperature during combustion is below 200 ℃, close the burning air and mixed air again. 

19. Keep the bed temperature stable and cut off the other oil burner, increase the coal feeding amount in order to maintain the heat load stable; Release the oil pressure and stop the operation of oil pump. 

20. Appropriately increase the primary air volume and slowly increase  coal feeding amount to stably increase the load and maintain  the bed temperature at about 920 ℃.  

21. According to the change of steam pressure and steam temperature,  adjust the water draining quantity or steam exhausting quantity and the capacity . 

22. If the conditions of steam combining are met, the steam shall be combined, gradually increase the load, close the other water draining valve and the air bleeding valve. 

23. If the main steam pressure and the temperature setting value are reached, the load control and coal feeder control shall be put into use. 

24. The limestone feeder shall be "automatic", and SO2 control shall be used. 25. After the oil gun is withdrawn, if the gas exhausting temperature reaches 100 ℃,put the electric bag filter into use. 

26. When the boiler load  reaches 40% and above, according to the operation requirement, start the secondary fan, adjust the secondary air flow and air induced amount to maintain the negative pressure of hearth at 100 pa approximately. According to the load rising condition, adjust the primary and secondary air quantity and coal-feeding quantity. 

27. During ignition, pay attention to the indication of the expansion indicators at each part, if the indication is abnormal, the causes shall be identified and eliminated timely. 

28 . Record the main operations and problems found during the process of ignition to the steam-combining and load increasing in the handover notebook.
