The rated current of the thermal component shall be slightly greater than the rated current of the motor . When the starting current of the motor is 6 times its rated current or its starting time does not exceed 5 seconds, the setting current of thermal components shall be adjusted to that equal to the rated current of the motor; When the starting time of the motor is longer and the motors drives the impact load or shut-down is not allowed, the setting current of thermal components shall be adjusted to 1.1 to 1.15 times the rated current of the motor.
