If the leakage is less, the water level of boiler drum can be maintained after water supply is supplemented and the accident will not be expanded within short time and in the mean time, the other equipment safety is not affected.
Handling at boiler side:
1. The specific position of the leakage shall be confirmed and reported to the leaders of different level and shall be informed to the maintenance people in charge to be present and confirm.
2. The boiler drum water level shall be normal, the load of the unit shall be reduced and the parameters shall be reduced in operation in order to avoid that the capacity of water supply pump is overloaded.
3. The combustion shall be stable to maintain negative pressure of the boiler hearth, if necessary the oil gun shall be used to stabilize combustion.
4. If the superheater of the wall enclosure pipe at tail flue gas duct leaks, the leakage impact on the equipment at boiler side shall be noticed, and the corresponding raining-proof, damp-proof and flushing-proof measures shall be taken to isolate the leakage area and the rails and warning board shall be provided to prevent people from scalding.
5. It is required to focus on monitoring the leakage point and instrument and to wait for the order for boiler shutdown.
6. After receiving the order for boiler shutdown, stop the operation of the boiler as required.
7. When the order for boiler shutdown is not received, but the boiler has reached the emergency shutdown condition, the boiler shall be shut down immediately.
8. After the boiler is boiler is shutdown, one induced draft fan is left to operate in order to exhaust the steam and flue gas in the hearth of boiler and the flue gas duct. During the whole process, the boiler drum shall be in high water level, and the temperature difference of the upper and lower wall of the boiler drum shall be controlled within the allowable range.
