1. The system adopts two stage amplifier full hydraulic regulating system, which is mainly composed of main oil pump, pressure transducer, pressure regulator, pilot valve, servo motor and synchronizer, etc. The changes of rotating speed of steam turbine cause the  pressure of main oil pump outlet to change, the oil pressure variation is the pulse signal of speed regulation; The turbine extraction steam pressure variation is the pulse signal of pressure regulating. 

2. When the power consumption of the user changes, the output power of steam turbine is regulated by the changing of the steam-admission of steam turbine, in order to make it adapt with to the load, and maintain the turbine speed within the prescribed scope.
