Function and Form of Superheater

Superheater can absorb the heat of high temperature flue gas, thus heating the saturated steam to superheated steam. Superheaters can be divided into convection superheater and radiation superheater according to heat absorption modes. The radiation superheater in circulating fluidized bed is arranged in the combustion chamber, the plaque or suspension structure is often used. The Convection superheater is generally provided at the connection flue of the cyclone cylinder to the tail end or at the upper part of the tail flue. As for the CFB with peripheral bed, the fluidized bed buried pipe is used for part of the superheater; it is put inside the outer bed. This superheater does not belong to the traditional air convection or radiant superheater.
