1. The double-color water gauge or electric contact water gauge are in failure, the indication may be not correct, there is deviation between the two sides, white steam emits and the leakage noise is heard.
2. The balance vessel is in failure, the indication may be not correct, the water supply is automatically out of order in severe condition, MFT may act.
