Factors Affecting Bed Temperature and Control of Bed Temperature Control

Factors affecting bed temperature are: Boiler load, primary air volume and secondary air volume, bed pressure, returns of the material, coal quality and particle size and limestone volume. What methods can be used for controlling the bed temperature rising during early ignition: During early ignition, in order to avoid bed temperature or rise too fast and to damage the castable and the plastic, it is required to strictly control the temperature rise speed; the following methods can be used for adjustment.
Control the quantities of oil guns to be used, control oil pressure, and to adjust the primary air.   (lsh)
