Difference between Hot start and Cold start

1. Hot start means that the turbonator is started again within two hours after it is stopped and the temperature difference between upper cylinder and lower cylinder doesn’t exceed 50℃;
2.Semi-hot start means that the turbonator is started again within 12 hours after it is stopped or the upper cylinder temperature is not lower than 300℃ and the lower cylinder temperature is not lower than 250℃ at the velocity-compounded stage of the front cylinder.
Note: It’s required to be careful for hot start, because the temperature of each part of the turbonator is higher, after the turbonator is impulse started, if the operation inspection is carried out, the turbonator shall be accelerated and be loaded quickly.
