2. Check the tightness of the air system。

3. Check the air distribution evenness of air distribution devices. 

4. Measure the resistance of air distribution plate. 

5. Check the fluidization quality of bed material. 

6. Characteristic test of material layer resistance Draw the curve of the material layer resistance changing with air volume to determine the critical fluidization air volume and minimum air volume for heat energy running.

7. Check the reliability of the working performance of material-returning system.
