DCS system belongs to the basic automation, MIS system focuses on office automation system. Both differ greatly in reflection speed, DCS belongs to the second level, and the MIS is in unit of hour or longer, so the isolation device shall be provided between the two systems, this isolation device is the dynamic data server. Its function is monitoring the production process, storing  and managing historical data, controlling statistical quality; preventive maintaining equipment; diagnosing equipment fault and optimizing production. DCS and PLC collect field production process data and transfer the data to the operation station and the dynamic data server through the communication network. Dynamic data server collects analog signals or logic signal of the whole process of production, so its collecting speed is huge. Through data  fossicking, the dynamic data server sends the data to the production management department.
