1. Regularly check the circulating ash system, to reasonably control material-returning air flow and the material-returning  air pressure.
2. Monitor the changes in temperature and the circulating  effect of each part, the material-returning temperature of the return feeder shall not be greater than 1000 ℃, if the  temperature is too high, the load must be reduced.
3. Under normal operation conditions, it is not allowed to discharge the circulating ash, but under low load, banking-up, shutdown of boiler, or failure of returns feeder, part of the circulating ash may be discharged in order to achieve the specified operating conditions.
4. In the operation of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, a certain amount of circulating ash shall be maintained in order to control the bed temperature and the needs of the load.(lsh)
